We have the highest quality parts and service facilities capable of major repairs.
Aside from sales, service, and parts, we also offer leasing and rental services.
*About the position: *We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver with a strong work ethic, who is efficient, and motivated to excel in their career.
Must have a clean MVR and be able to pass DOT physical/drug test.
This position can be FT or PT.
· Offer the best customer service to customers when picking up or delivering trailers.
· Communicate and coordinate with supervisor to be directed to which trailers need to be picked up or delivered.
· Before departing for trip, inspect both the truck and trailer to ensure they are in operating condition.
· Plan the best route to take and documents miles of trip.
· Ensure the truck has a professional appearance by washing it periodically, or as needed.
· Using the company card, make certain trucks are staying fueled.
· On an as needed basis, deliver parts between Company locations when trips are in route to that location.
This may also include dropping purchased parts off to a customer if they reside along the route.
· For the Albert Lea location, Truck Drivers may drive over 150 miles per trip.
· Other duties as assigned.
*Compensation:* Starting at $24 per hour, increases based on experience and FT or PT employment taken.
*Benefits: *Employees are paid weekly.
· Cafeteria allowance – once benefit eligible, this is a weekly addition to earnings that can help cover the cost of benefits.
· 401K match – the Company will match up the 3% into an employee’s 401K.
The match is ½% for every 1% the employee contributes.
· HSA and FSA – pretax deductions for medical and dependent care.
· Paid Time Off - including 7 holidays.
· Company paid benefits – life insurance and long-term disability.
· Insurance – health (with a company contribution), dental, vision, voluntary life, short-term disability, accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness.
· Christmas Fund – the Company matches 2 to 1 for every dollar an employee donates to their locations Christmas fund.
This fund is then used to help community members throughout the year, with focus around the holidays.
· Reimbursements – steel toe boots, prescription safety glasses, and cell phone.
· Uniforms - with weekly laundry services provided.
