We are hiring motivated individuals to deliver Amazon packages in and around Sioux Falls.
This is a regular (W-2) employee position delivering Amazon packages while driving a company vehicle, using a company mobile device, and wearing a company-provided branded uniform.
*This is a part-time, afternoon / evening delivery position.
* Approximate working hours are 2:30pm to 7:30pm (up to 5 hours per day).
Shifts are available every day of the week.
Employees usually work the same days every week.
As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company.
It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.
This is not a job with Amazon.
Amazon is a global mega-corporation with tons of bureaucracy.
This is a job with Falls Delivery, an independent company that has a contract with Amazon to deliver packages in and around Sioux Falls.
Falls Delivery is a local business where positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to getting the job done matters most.
*About the job:*
* Delivery Associates are regular W-2 employees driving clean and modern company vehicles.
* Branded company uniform.
* Shifts available 7 days per week.
Generally, employees are expected to work at least one weekend day each week.
* Deliver small packages (< 50 lbs), door-to-door, from our warehouse in Sioux Falls, SD.
* Residential deliveries, with some commercial.
* Lots of walking.
A typical route involves making 100-125 stops, and delivering 150-250 packages.
You must be physically capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds, and of entering and exiting a delivery vehicle 125+ times in a day.
* Part of the Falls Delivery team, a high-performing and collaborative group of great people who are delivering the world to Sioux Falls.
*Compensation and benefits:*
* $20 / hour base pay.
* Weekly payroll (every Friday) by direct deposit.
* Paid training.
* Paid time off.
* Additionally, work clothes, safety shoes, snacks, and other equipment are provided to all employees free of charge.
*Basic job requirements:*
* Be at least 21 years old.
* Be able to speak, read, and understand English for safety.
* Have proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States.
* Have a valid driver’s license (a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is NOT required).
* Pass a 5-panel pre-employment drug test (marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, PCP).
* Pass pre-employment screening.
* Be able to operate and navigate a delivery vehicle (cargo van), weighing 10,000 lbs.

* Be able to lift and carry parcels up to 50 lbs.
* Be able to safely enter and exit a delivery vehicle 125+ times per day.
* Be able to successfully use delivery devices and apps to complete daily tasks.
* Be reliable, and report to work when scheduled (scheduled are published well in advance, and employees usually work the same days every week).
