Truck Driver - Agronomy

*Truck Driver* *Truck Driver— Locations available: Dimock, SD*.
*Summary: *Make deliveries as instructed in a timely manner while maintaining quality, customer satisfaction and obeying all traffic laws and limits.
* *Essential Responsibilities and Duties:* * · Safely operate semi, truck/trailer combo and straight truck w/GVWR of more than 26,000 lbs.
* · Maintain excellent customer service with both external and internal customers * · Operate with highest level of safety and adherence to company policy * · General housekeeping and maintenance * · Assist in shop as needed * · Extended hours expected in season (includes nights and weekends) * · Effectively communicate with manager and co-workers.
* · Correctly complete all necessary paperwork * · Effectively utilize hands-free devices while operating truck * · Other duties as assigned *Qualifications:* * · Possess or have the ability to possess valid Class A CDL * · Clean Driving Record (MVR) * · Knowledge of agriculture or farming background and mechanical equipment * · Exceptional housekeeping and outstanding customer service * · Positive attitude * · Possess High School Diploma or comparable GED * · Ability to use and operate hands-free devices * · Knowledge about truck/hauling weight restrictions * · Ability to think quickly and follow directions * · Possess strong attention to safety * · Able to legally work in the United States * *Physical Demands:* * · Must be able to regularly lift up to 50# * · Able to repeatedly exit and enter machine * · Must be able to climb ladders and work at elevations of 200 ft.

This position is a full time, non-exempt, hourly position.
Hours per week will be up to 40 hours per week during non-peak times of the year.
Overtime may be required seasonally, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
