CDL Truck Driver

Do you love driving a truck but hate being away from home? You might flourish in our open position for a Class A Truck Driver.
Sentry is looking for a safe, courteous driver who values a predictable schedule, consistent hours, and a long-term career.
We haul loads both in support of our own business operations and on sub-contract basis.
Responsibilities: Transport finished goods and raw materials.
Complete required logging and submit reports of mileage covered at EOD Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance, report any problems or damage to management Work with dispatch to plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
Serve as a Sentry advocate in every interaction with clients and the public.
Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules Qualifications & Skills: Class A driver’s license in good standing Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (weather conditions, road construction, etc) No recent moving or driving violations Commercial driving experience preferred Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations Job Type: Full-time
