Local CDL Driver

We are currently seeking a *Local CDL Driver* to join our team at *Novak Sanitary Service*, a Waste Connections Company in *Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
* As a Local CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle and providing prompt and courteous customer service to our clients.
*Job Requirements:* - Valid CDL, CLP license OR ablity to obtain CDL with a clean driving record - Must have a minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical - Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds *Roles and Responsibilities:* - Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport waste materials to designated locations - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and functionality - Adhere to all local traffic laws and regulations while driving - Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner - Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle - Follow all company policies and procedures *Benefits:* - Competitive salary - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage - 401(k) retirement plan with company match - Paid time off and holidays - Career advancement opportunities within the company - Ongoing training and development programs #INWCC Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
