Cdl driver needed (Sioux Falls)

Looking for a class A maual Cdl driver.
Will be driving newer equipment pulling grain hopper in the upper Midwest.
Home most nights.
We are based out of Sioux Falls South Dakota.
MUST HAVE: -clean driving record -able to pass pre-employment and random drug test -good and safe work ethic Expectations: -clean truck -time management -ability to work long hours -able to perform daily maintenance -able to communicate We pay every week, one week behind.
Rate is % of load.
We start out at 25% of truck Gross income, after 90 days a performance review will be done and 1.
5% bonus(new hire bonus) will be paid on gross of truck.
We also pay an end of year 2.
5% performance/maintenance bonus(details in hiring packet)on truck gross paid out December 31st.
Looking for drivers to start ASAP.

Also looking for owner operators as well Must be willing to sign a dedicated owner/operator contract.
