We are hiring motivated individuals to deliver Amazon packages in and around Sioux Falls.
This is a regular (W-2) employee position delivering Amazon packages while driving a company vehicle, using a company mobile device, and wearing a company-provided branded uniform.
Approximate full-time working hours are 9am to 7pm (up to 10 hours per day).
Full time is typically 4 days per week, on weekdays and weekends.
*We are currently accepting applications from candidates who are available to work every* *Sunday (in addition to up to 3 other days per week).
* Extra time (5th and 6th day) opportunities are available for high-performers.
As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company.
It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.
This is not a job with Amazon.
Amazon is a global mega-corporation with tons of bureaucracy.
This is a job with Falls Delivery, an independent company that has a contract with Amazon to deliver packages in and around Sioux Falls.

Generally, employees are expected to work at least one weekend day each week.
* Deliver small packages (< 50 lbs), door-to-door, from our warehouse in Sioux Falls, SD.
* Residential deliveries, with some commercial.
* Lots of walking.
A typical route involves making 200-225 stops, and delivering 275-325 packages.
You must be physically capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds, and of entering and exiting a delivery vehicle 200+ times in a day.

*Compensation and benefits:* * $20 / hour base pay.
* Bonus program.
Our average employee earns significantly more than $20 per hour worked.
High performers earn more than $22 per hour worked.
Target wage is $900 per week ($46,800 / year) for a four-day work week, and $1,127 per week ($58,614 / year) for a five-day work week.
Employees are normally eligible for the bonus program after completing 30 routes.

* Pass a 5-panel pre-employment drug test (marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, PCP).
* Pass pre-employment screening.
* Be able to operate and navigate a delivery vehicle (cargo van), weighing 10,000 lbs.

* Be able to lift and carry parcels up to 50 lbs.
* Be able to safely enter and exit a delivery vehicle 200+ times per day.
* Be able to successfully use delivery devices and apps to complete daily tasks.
* Be reliable, and report to work when scheduled (scheduled are published well in advance, and employees usually work the same days every week).
