LINEN DELIVERY DRIVER / WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER
Will primarily be responsible for managing the proper and timely delivery of linens to area venues on a weekly delivery route.
Specific duties will include: pulling and scanning linen inventory to fulfill orders, loading clean linens for delivery, and unloading used linen orders to the proper warehouse location to facilitate an efficient laundering process, maintaining delivery vehicle(s) and reporting needed repairs to management.
On days where linen delivery/pick up is not required, the position will transition to a Warehouse Team Member, with the responsibility of loading trucks for delivery and unloading trucks following an event, assisting customers with order pick up and return, and cleaning/repairing inventory and replacing it to its proper location in the warehouse.
This position will be responsible for keeping a clean warehouse and maintaining an organized work space.
The Linen Delivery Driver will work closely with our Sales Team, our Quality Control Manager, and our Linens Team to ensure linen orders are pulled properly and delivered in a timely manner.
This is a Part-Time position with the opportunity to develop into a Full-Time position for the right candidate.
DUTIES
Including but not limited to:
Help facilitate the proper pulling and delivery of correct linen orders to our customers and partner venues each week
Weekly pick up of used linens from our partner venues; assist with the organized unloading and sorting of said linens, in line with our laundering process
Assist sales team by fostering and maintaining customer/venue relationships throughout the Linen Delivery Route with friendly and efficient service
Communicate the needs and requests of the linen customers to our Sales and Linen Team members
Oversee the linen delivery calendar to ensure all linens are pulled in a timely manner and to troubleshoot any logistical or inventory issues before they occur
Maintain a clean truck interior and exterior for a visually appealing delivery vehicle
Regularly inspect truck(s) to ensure their cleanliness and safety; ensure maintenance of DOT compliance
Prepare rental orders for in-store pickup and delivery
Assist customers with loading and unloading rental inventory from vehicles
Triage rental returns through inspecting for loss/damage, properly cleaning inventory as required, and restocking/reshelving rentals to their proper location
Maintain a tidy and well-organized warehouse through deliberate and on-going upkeep
Complete all other job related responsibilities, as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record and valid driver's license
Must pass a DOT Health Screening, including a drug screen
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Experience with driving trailers and/or a box truck is required.
(On-the-job training may be available for those that qualify)
Solid customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
Punctuality and reliability are imperative
Experience driving a fork lift is a plus.

Must have a reliable form of transportation
Must possess a cell phone and/or a reliable form of quick communication
