Qualities of the successful candidate include:
Post-secondary education is preferred.
Previous Mortgage industry experience a plus
Must be dependable, responsible individual with a professional appearance, and take pride in their work
Attention to detail is a must
Familiarity with loan documentation requirements is helpful; however, detailed knowledge is not a mandatory prerequisite
Must enjoy helping customers and fellow employees
Must be able to multi-task and work under stress and pressure
Must be trustworthy and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Responsibilities of the successful candidate include:
Review loan setup and source materials for accuracy
Board loans to the bank’s servicing platform
Set up escrow accounts on the bank’s servicing platform
Obtain necessary funding documentation to grant authorization of funding for title companies
Prepare and process necessary documents to initiate wire transfers for loan funding
Initiate and record completion of wire transfers for loan funding
Process mortgage and deposit verifications
Provide excellent customer service to our Business Partners
Assist in identifying funding discrepancies and actively pursue solutions
Must apply a solutions-based approach
