Property Manager

We looking for a self-motivated team player to run the daily operations of a 50 unit complex in Marshall, MN.
Duties include but not limited to customer service, touring prospective tenants, screening applications, marketing, managing turns and tenants, rent collections, leasing, some snow removal, and supporting other team members with completing property goals.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE up to 20-25 hours per week, property management & section 42 experience would be beneficial.
