Key Responsibilities
Assist commercial brokers in managing client relationships, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating property showings.
Conduct market research and assist with property market analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends.
Assist in the preparation of documents, contracts, and leases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all client and property information is accurate and up to date.
Manage and organize documentation related to property transactions, maintaining confidentiality and confidentiality.
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
Prepare meeting agendas and documents.

Qualifications
