Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a new opportunity in the Real Estate industry? We are seeking a friendly and experienced individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and appearance of our properties, providing a comfortable and safe environment for our tenants.

*Responsibilities*
* Perform regular maintenance and repairs on various systems, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
* Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
* Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner and resolve issues efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance work completed, including materials used and time spent.
* Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure environment for all tenants and staff.
*Requirements*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* *1 year experience in a skilled trade profession required (automotive, carpentry, hvac, plumbing, etc.
)*
Please note; pay depends on experience and willingness to learn.
On top of the hourly pay, after 90 days, employees can expect to receive quarterly profit sharing bonuses as well.
