DMS Health Technologies is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team.
This is a full-time position based in our Sioux Falls, South Dakota office located at 109 South Petro Avenue.

The schedule is Monday – Friday, daytime hours, including overtime and travel on a regular basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Performs troubleshooting and repairs, installations, calibrations, preventative maintenance and FCO’s on medical equipment.
· Submits service reports and other required paperwork accurately and timely
· Responds promptly to customer service needs, ensures customer satisfaction, and consults with staff to ensure equipment
functions properly and safely
· Demonstrates commitment to customer satisfaction and quality as exhibited by internal and external customer feedback.
This
includes timely completion of mandatory education and current credentials
· Complies with safety and quality procedures and initiatives by strictly following safety policies, rules and safe work methods,
making suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety, promptly correcting or reporting safety hazards or unsafe
conditions, promptly reporting injuries for timely diagnoses and medical treatment, and by participating in safety processes such
as safety committee, safety inspections, etc.
Requirements:
· Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and 2+ years of related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Technical analytical skills
· Strong organizational skills, self-disciplined and the ability to work independently.
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, high work standards and quality
· Customer-oriented attitude; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, excellent listening and interpersonal skills
· Ability to travel 25-40% of the time
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
This position requires you to take after-hours calls and respond as necessary.
This position will require travel on a regular basis to complete the job duties.
