Henry Carlson Construction, a busy, stable and growing Construction Manager at Risk Firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its team.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, can work with all types of people at various professional levels, and has a positive and professional attitude, appearance and demeanor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling.
Manage and control project through direction of the on-site superintendent to ensure quality control and job completion on schedule and within budget.
Meet all project goals (i.
e.
change orders, critical path dates, punch list completion, and closing reports).
Maintain regular communication with senior management regarding project status.
Preferred Qualifications
Five years of experience in construction preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Timberline and Procore software beneficial.
Experience with scheduling program preferred.
Broad-based understanding of project management with strong planning skills.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent personal client and team building skills.
