Production Operator - Days Mon-Thur

Sterling Technology has an opening for the position of Production Operator.
The schedule is a full-time day shift position, *Monday-Thursday (7 a.
m.
– 530 p.
m.
)*.
Duties include operating equipment used in the production/processing of colostrum dairy products.
Employee adjusts and maintains equipment settings, monitors temperatures and processing times and takes appropriate steps to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Must be able to alternate between standing, and walking throughout the course of a 10-hour shift.
Frequently required to lift, carry and maneuver up to 55 lbs.
of dry and/or liquid product within our processing systems as well as demonstrate a reliable work ethic and pay close attention to details.
Prior experience in a production, manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
