As theWarehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing ourlogistics staff and ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, anddistribution of all incoming and outgoing items.
You will be at theforefront of ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, whichspans across our five locations, including four in Sioux Falls nd one inSioux City.
In this exciting role, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the supply of materials to production and ensuring properstorage to conserve space and comply with allergen and safetyregulations.
Managing the rotation of inventories within ourwarehouses, closely monitoring and measuring receiving and warehouseperformance to ensure accuracy in locator, receiving reporting, movementand storage of material, and transfers to service parts.
Takingcharge of our Plant inventory by maintaining a Cycle Counting Program,continuously tracking inventory accuracy, and conducting root causeanalysis for any inaccuracies or deviations.
Training and developing our staff to ensure their growth and success.
Ensuring compliance with SQF Programs and upholding our company's safety standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we require a minimum of 5 years ofexperience in warehousing, receiving, inventory control, or materialsmanagement in a manufacturing environment.
Supervisory experience isalso a must.
