Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Planning and coordinating work to be completed daily.
Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping.
Monitors the schedule of production for material needs.
Handle the unloading of all materials into the receiving department; ensures materials are staged for counting and inspection; ensures receiving reports accurately report material received.
Resolves discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
Monitor the flow of paperwork from receiving to inventory control for timely data entry.
Oversees the movement of material from receiving to the warehouse in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.
Oversees the supplying of materials to fabrication and stages materials.
Ensures materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with allergen and safety procedures.
Oversees the rotation of inventories accuracy within the warehouse.
Ensure compliance with all SQF programs.
Have a basic understanding of specifications, food safety and food quality as it pertains to their daily tasks.
Oversee cycle counting and responsible for inventory accuracy.

**Expectations
**·
The best candidate will have 2+ years’ prior experience in manufacturing warehouse.
(Food or Pharmaceutical companies are a plus)
Must have good computer skills for ERP Software, Excel and Outlook
Understand and follow First In First Out (FIFO) Policy· Understand basic food safety requirements to position.
· Must be able to safely operate a Forklift and electric pallet jack.
Good inventory experience of at least 2 years.
You should be proficient in:
