TheMaintenance Technician is a key member of our team, helping to lead usto new levels of performance and productivity while also making sure wekeep focused on quality and safety.
Daily duties include but not limited to:
TheMaintenance Technician Will Install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
TheMaintenance Technicianwill complete work orders and repairs of production equipment.
The Maintenance Technician will perform fabrication duties and responsibilities.
TheMaintenance Technicianshould havemechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical,pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
TheMaintenance TechnicianDiagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test, and adjust.
TheMaintenance Technician Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
TheMaintenance Technician Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
TheMaintenance Technician Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Requirements
Qualifications include but not limited to:
The Mantenance Technician must have strong electrical troubleshooting, CMMS experience, mechanical aptitude, food background.
Must be able to lift, pull, push up to 75lbs.
High school diploma/GED
MUST Have at least 2 years of maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
3+ years of maintenance experience with knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical
Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing and Welding certification are plusses!
