Is a servant leader who provides leadership as a strategic partner in the realization of company goals.
Plans, directs, and coordinates the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.

Education and/or Experience:
At minimum: Associates degree in a related field of study from an accredited postsecondary school, college or university, preferred.
At least 2 years of related work experience, required.
