Estimator/Project Manager

The Estimator/Project Manager position available will be responsible for handling our gutter projects from start to finish.
This includes working with customers to learn their needs and providing them with accurate estimates for the work, as well as ordering materials and scheduling the work.
This individual must possess great communication and organizational skills.
This position has the opportunity to grow with the individual to work with the various other trades we do as well.
Please note that this job is salary but will have a commission for sales as well as a revenue bonus plan.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the estimating process for construction projects from start to finish - Schedule and coordinate installation timelines - Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project scope and requirements - Prepare detailed cost estimates - Monitor project costs and provide cost control measures throughout the construction process - Utilize construction estimating tools such as Google Earth, Excel, and County GIS Maps to aid the estimating process - Prepare and present estimates to clients, including detailed breakdowns of costs and timelines Requirements: - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods - Proficient in using Microsoft Office products - Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates - Effective communication skills - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
