Fullerton Building Systems, located in Worthington, MN, creates commercial prefabricated wall panels for building projects across the country.

*Successful* *applicants will have an interest in learning the following:*
* Safely and accurately use construction and/or power tools, such as hammers, saws, drills, tape measure, levels, square, etc.
* Training, knowledge and/or experience with cutting, framing and exterior finish installation.
* Training, knowledge and/or experience looking at blueprints or construction plans.
* Certified to operate a forklift, and other lift equipment.
* Understands, follows, and practices safety policies and procedures.
* Respects coworkers and conducts themselves in accordance with the company’s best interest in mind.
* Lives the company mission statement, values, and ethics.
* Good communication skills.
* Good decision making and problem-solving skills.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Physical Requirements: *
* Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend while performing job duties.
* Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
* Capable of operating various types of equipment and tools
This position requires one to safely and efficiently perform numerous tasks related to the construction industry.
This is an hourly position, pay dependent on experience, with the potential for overtime both daily and on the weekends.
Multiple pay increases are possible in the first year as well as great benefits, such as medical, dental, life insurance, retirement plan, as well as a generous time off plan.
