Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Diamond Mowers is looking for someone to join our team as a Maintenance Technician.
The Maintenance Technician will report to the Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor.
We are looking for someone who can ensure preventative maintenance is completed on all equipment.
Key Roles Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all machines, production equipment, forklifts, skid steers, payloader, and vehicles at both facilities.
Ensure that operators are trained on any PMs that they need to be completing on their machines.
Complete PMs on equipment as laid out in the PM schedule.
Coordinate all PMs that need to be performed by outside companies.
Quickly respond and diagnose any issues that arise with production equipment.
If possible, make needed repairs quickly and safely to get production up again.
When needed, contact outside contractors to come in and address equipment issues that cannot be fixed internally.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for facilities.
Complete all PMs as laid out in the PM schedule.
Coordinate all PMs that need to be performed by outside companies.
Diagnose any issues that arise at all facilities.
If possible, make needed repairs quickly and safely.
When needed, contact outside contractors to come in and address facility issues.
Perform facility improvement tasks requested by operations.
Coordinate with contractors to perform facility improvement tasks when outside contractors are needed.
Qualifications 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
2-5 years of industrial electrical experience preferred.
2-5 years of machine equipment maintenance experience (Vertical and horizontal lathes, vertical and horizontal mills, plasma tables, laser tables, brake presses, cranes, and hoists, etc.

) Forklift experience preferred.
Location and Hours: Location: 60th St Hours: 8:00-5:00 Days of Shift: Monday-Friday A full benefits package is available for all full-time employees.
