*What’s involved in this role:*
We are looking for a *Bilingual Production Supervisor*in *Lake Norden, SD.
*
* Oversee and supervise the daily operations of all production and packaging lines and systems.
* Completion of Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) documents in preparation for audits with daily sign-off if required, providing appropriate information to Quality Assurance as required.
Follow-up on any audit items as needed.
* Maintain and troubleshoot for equipment and production and packaging questions or issues.
Involve appropriate maintenance, quality, or inventory areas as needed for assistance.
* Review and assist in the follow-up on any Good Manufacturing Practices or production audit items.
* Ensure staffing is appropriate for optimal and efficient production of products; acting as backup for the production line positions as needed.
* Review weekly payroll time cards and sign off.
Review and approve time sheets for team in a timely manner.
* Monthly rotating days to overnights; 6a-6p/6p-6a
* 2-2-3 schedule rotation
*What you need to join our team:*
* _*Fluency in Spanish and English required.
*_
* Associate's Degree from a two-year college or technical school in a Science, Business, Operations Management or related field preferred.
* Minimum three (3) years manufacturing experience required.
* Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Our Lake Norden, SD, plant is home to about 400 employees and boasts a brand new, state-of-the-art cheese and whey facility.
The facility produces monterey jack, muenster, asiago, mozzarella, parmesan, provolone, cheddar and romano cheeses, as well as various whey streams.
* Agropur’s US operations produce 1 billion pounds of quality, award-winning cheese each year.
We create more than 20 different varieties, and provide whey protein and dry ingredients which are by-products of the cheesemaking process.
