*What’s involved in this role:*
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tech in Lake Norden, South Dakota.
* Assist in all aspects of the plant’s quality functions in compliance with plant and corporate level standard operating procedures (SOPs), good manufacturing practices (GMPs), and company safety policies.
* Acquire and maintain all documents necessary for regulatory compliance including HACCP/Food Safety documentation.
* Conduct routine Quality Inspections related to food production and/or ingredients for finished product quality, regulatory compliance, pest control, routine sanitation, employee GMPs, training compliance, foreign material control, and HACCP/Food Safety compliance.
* Work only 14 shifts in 28 days with a 3-2-2-3 schedule
* Starting hourly pay at *$20.

50 night differential pay* between the hours of 6pm-6am
* This is a *monthly rotating* position between *days and nights*: 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am
* *Holiday pay* and *Double time* on *Sundays*
*What you need to join our team:*
* Willingness to learn and work as a team
* Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
* Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software.
* Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
* Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues.

* Our Lake Norden, SD, plant is home to approximately 360 employees and boasts a brand new, state of the art cheese and whey facility.
We produce mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, romano, asiago, and Monterey Jack cheeses as well as various whey streams.
* Agropur’s US operations produce 1 billion pounds of quality, award-winning cheese each year.
We create more than 20 different varieties, and provide whey protein and dry ingredients which are by-products of the cheesemaking process.
