com Responsibilities * Always follow proper safety procedures * Assemble production parts by hand and with small power tools.
* Use power tools to solder, drill, and assemble parts.
* Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Quality assure components before packaging.
* Create necessary paperwork as required.
* Report any manufacturing issues or problems to the production supervisor.
* Work with other team members to assemble components.
* Organize and stock incoming materials.
* Work to ensure that all production deadlines are met.
* Pack completed products and prepare for shipment.
* Properly label all finished products.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Demonstrates ability to interpret production build instructions and drawings.
* Possess knowledge of the structure and function of production equipment.
* Demonstrates analytical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot production issues.
* Attention to detail.
* Use pallet jack or forklift to move pallets of materials.
* Become familiar with all factory safety procedures and guidelines.
* Demonstrate ability to use power tools safely and effectively.
* Work efficiently and manage time effectively.
* Possess physical strength and stamina required to stand or walk for long periods of time.
* Able to regularly lift and move up to 60 pounds.
* Have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to differentiate between colors.
* Possess the physical dexterity necessary to assemble small and delicate product parts.
Education and Experience * A high school diploma or GED is required.
* Certification and licensing to operate a forklift are a plus.
* Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is not required.
Work Environment * Standard 40-hour work week; Monday – Friday * Working hours will be spent in the factory or warehouse * Moderate physical activity such as walking and lifting is required daily * Individuals may be required to handle or transport fragile products Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.
