AmesburyTruth is looking for a Global S&OP Manager to join our team! In this role you will report directly to the VP of Supply Chain and be responsible for leading, managing and improving sales, inventory and operations planning across the enterprise.
This role is tasked with achieving financial and service performance objectives with project management, coordination, facilitation, and process improvement across different functional areas, such as sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain and finance.
An ideal candidate will live near one our sites in either Irving, TX; Statesville, NC; or Sioux Falls, SD and is eligible to work on a hybrid schedule.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement a robust Sales and Operations Planning strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
* Lead and guide the S&OP team while fostering a collaborative and cross-functional culture.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory management into a cohesive S&OP process.
* Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and consensus on the demand and supply plans, as well as the financial and strategic implications.
* Manage and analyze the performance of the S&OP process, identify gaps and risks, and propose corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
* Lead, manage and execute various continuous improvement projects related to the S&OP process, such as demand planning, network optimization, capacity planning, new product launches, E&O and integration of new businesses.

in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or closely related field required.
* Minimum 5-7 years in Project Management, S&OP, Supply Chain experience with broad business knowledge.
* APICS certification a plus.
* Experience implementing, improving, and optimizing S&OP process and tools.
* Has the ability to lead and direct transformational change in a multi-site, multi-cross functional manufacturing and distribution organization.
* Experience managing and driving down excess and obsolete inventory.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems with SAP/IBP preferred.
* Proficiency in S&OP software and tools.
