Here, you will make an impact by: * Ensuring you own safety by following all related policies * Operating production equipment, inspecting, and packing product safely and according to standards * Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications * Supporting the team when working with other Operators, and Service Groups to optimize processes including timeliness of product flow * Contributing to continuous improvement and problem solving *Your Skills and Expertise* To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start) * Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour rotating shift depending on shift availability * Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: * One (1) year of manufacturing experience *Work location: *Onsite - 601 22nd Ave S, Brookings, SD 57006-2821 *Travel: *No Travel *Relocation Assistance: *Not Authorized _For current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
