Description: Personality Profile We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our team in the execution of projects, specifically in the construction realm, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Job Summary As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating, directing, and supervising project activities while maintaining alignment with Persona’s strategic vision, directly managing a team of skilled professionals entrusted with a workload of 50-200 projects.
Job Responsibilities · Provide oversight of end-to-end management of projects, from signed contract through completion · Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables adhering to timelines · Manage project budgets, closely monitoring expenses and resource allocation · Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate regularly with Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless coordination with the customer · Adhere to program specifications and corporate guidelines, facilitating communication with corporate contacts · Review and ensure Property Improvement is completed to meet and exceed customer expectations · Problem solve and find resolution to customer’s concerns in conjunction with Sales Representative · Evaluate project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing needed changes for future success · Provide guidance and support to the project management team, motivating and inspiring successful performance · Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and challenges · Other duties as assigned Requirements: Education and Experience · High School Degree required; proficiency with CRM and/or project management systems is essential · Bachelor’s degree in management, business or a related field preferred · Construction Project Management knowledge is advantageous · Preferred certification in Project Management (PMP) and experience in leading people · Proven track record in project management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Impeccable attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accountability among team members · Quick-thinking and positive demeanor, even in high-pressure situations · Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational skills along with conflict resolution expertise · Team-Oriented mindset, capable of providing direction, training, and fostering collaborative relationships · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
Typical days and hours are dependent on delivering outstanding customer service, which may require working non-typical days/hours infrequently.
Typical days/hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
