Responsibilities & Duties:
We are looking for installers who can:
-Show up to appointments on time, maintain professional appearance, and be respectful of the fact that you will be working in a client’s home.
-Install blinds, shades, and plantation shutters using company supplied tools and equipment.
-Accurately measure and read a tape measure.
-Interact with customers.
-Must have exceptional follow through skills, our goal is to leave each job 100% completed.
If it’s not, you must follow the necessary processes so that each job reaches 100% completion.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Prior installation experience not needed, but those that have installed cabinets, counter tops, residential windows, or other interior carpentry should also apply.
-Self-directed and able to work independently, but also be able to work on teams for larger installation jobs.
-Must be friendly, courteous, polite, and pleasant with all types of clients.
-Must be proficient with a tape measure.
-Ability to handle a cordless drill and basic hand tools.
-Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Must have:
-Current and valid driver’s license.
-No prior criminal record of any kind.

$19-$22/hour depending on experience.
