Summary
In charge of the upkeep and proactive maintenance of plant equipment to ensure optimal production quantity and quality, aligning with the company's policies, goals, and objectives.
Proficient in installing and managing electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems within the plant.
Education & Experience:
REQUIRED:
* High School diploma or GED is a prerequisite.
* Familiarity with electrical circuits and one-line diagrams up to 480 volts.
* Holds or can acquire a Journeyman Electrician license within 12 months.
PREFERRED:
* Two years of hands-on experience in electrical or instrumentation maintenance and repair.
* Competence in the calibration of level, temperature, and pressure transmitters.
* Proficiency in understanding P&ID loops, PLC/DCS troubleshooting, and programming, particularly with Delta V equipment.
* Knowledge of electrical one lines and instrumentation diagrams.
* Three to five years of industrial maintenance experience, encompassing expertise in maintenance procedures for pumps, control valves, motors, and conveyors.
* Acquaintance with steam systems.
* Background in mobile and heavy equipment.
