Manufacturing IT Manager

Position Accountabilities: Responsible for all electronic computer, and technologically driven systems in use at ProForm, including fabrication machine integration.
Responsible for Cloud migration and technology solutions in advancement of ProForm company goals.
Responsible for ensuring data and information security is in alignment with company direction and goals.
Responsible for OT security and vendor patching.
Essential Functions: Maintain our onsite servers and migration efforts to cloud where possible.
Installation and maintenance of all software, operating systems, and hardware.
Complete setup of new workstations if required.
Assist in system administration and oversight of Azure Active Directory domain and local Domain.
Providing administrative support for all employees of ProForm by answering questions and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Providing training to new employees, as needed.
Lead internal training for continuous growth of knowledge of the ERP/Global Shop Software as well as attending web training.
Provide management with recommendations for external individual or group training opportunities.
Provide management with recommendations for improvements/upgrades in technology and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
Be the company contact for ProForm IT with our IT suppliers.
Communicate with and be the liaison between ProForm and our MSP, and provide management feedback on relevant IT contracts.
Keep an accurate inventory of technological equipment as well as hardware and software resources/licenses.
Create plan for regular hardware updates.

Skills and Qualifications: Windows System Domain Administration MS365 administration and security Must have a good understanding of network operating systems basics Must have basic cybersecurity framework knowledge as it relates to system administration Multi-task orientated and excellent time management skills Due to the nature of this job, maintaining confidentiality is of utmost importance A team player with a desire to learn and grow Core Requirements needed to succeed in this position: Knowledge and experience supporting both IT and embedded IT/OT is needed to be successful.
Ability to plan and communicate with manufacturing stakeholders and product line/ plan managers is also core to success for this position.
Certifications/Education: Associates in relevant field + 4 years of experience or 4 year degree in relevant field + 2 years of experience OR 8+ years experience and relevant certifications Desired Certifications: CISSP, Security+ ITiL Department: Administration Status: Full Time, Exempt Start Date: TBD Supervisor: Chief Security Officer Supervision Requirements: No Drug Testing Required: Yes Travel Required: Yes; commuting between the Field Support Office (FSO) in Sioux Falls and ProForm in Beresford will be required at minimum once a week but could be more or less depending on demand.
