What you will be doing: Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools Loading and unloading of materials tools, and equipment Operate a wide variety of hand and power tools Perform building and construction work which includes, but is not limited to concrete, steel, wood, and finishes Site cleanup duties Follow all health and safety regulations and policies Receive and carry out instructions We’re excited about you if you: Work well as part of a team Measure accurately Work at heights exceeding 20 feet Can travel within 75 miles of Brookings – no overnight travel Work alone once instructions are given Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday If you don’t feel qualified but are an eager individual willing to learn, we will train you.
