We are seeking highly motivated and hard-working Deck Framer to help with general construction duties for decks and pergolas.
Those duties will include: site preparation, demolition, deck framing, deck board installation, railing assembly, bug and privacy screen installation, pergola & roofline additions, and other physical labor.
The successful candidates will have experience working in a senior role and have a background in construction and carpentry.

*Responsibilities*
* Assigning and explaining tasks to the project team.
* Calculating the amount of labor, time, and materials needed for each project.
* Creating and adjusting project schedules accordingly.
* Ordering all construction materials needed for projects.
* Supervising and teaching unskilled and semi-skilled workers.
* Performing all carpentry duties required, including deck board and railing installation.
* Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction
* Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures
* The ability to safely operate power tools
* The ability to read blueprints
* Excellent time management skills
* Effective communication skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Valid driver's license
