com/careers/24?source=aWQ9MjQ%3D Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, or diagrams to understand assembly instructions.
Gathering all necessary parts, tools, and equipment required for the assembly process.
Performing manual assembly tasks, such as attaching or fastening components, using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
Inspecting parts for defects or quality issues and reporting any problems to supervisors.
Testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively to ensure smooth production flow.
Adhering to production schedules and meeting production quotas or targets.
Troubleshooting and resolving minor mechanical issues that may arise during the assembly process.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to read and interpret instructions, diagrams, or blueprints accurately.
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in assembly.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in assembly or a related field is preferred but not required.
Safety-conscious and able to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
