Traffic Control Maintenance Person

We are looking for a responsible person to fill our Traffic Control Maintenance Person position for 2024 & 2025.
Project location is on Hwy 37 on the North edge of Mitchell.
No experience required but some road construction experience would be helpful.
DTS would provide a pickup to use and we would train for the position.
Person must be able to lift 70lbs and possess a valid drivers license and decent driving record.
Person hired would drive thru and check the traffic control on the project daily 7 days/wk to make sure traffic control devices are properly installed and make any corrections as needed.
Average 20-25 hrs/wk.
Hours are flexible.
$22.
38/hr.
Job would begin approx 4/1/24 and last until late fall and resume again the following year.
Person hired would have the opportunity to work a single season or both.
Ideal candidate lives near the project and in addition to the normal daily checks, has the flexibility to do maintenance at unplanned times and/or during severe weather.
We would provide training for 2 days on Jan 30-31 in Sioux Falls.
