We are currently seeking motivated and reliable day laborers to assist in basic construction, unboxing machines, shelving machines, cabling and plugging in ethernet to machines.
*Position Overview:*
As a Day Laborer at MiningStore.
com, you will play a crucial role in supporting our deployment of new sites and networking efforts.
You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals to ensure the successful completion of the deployment project.
Your role will involve physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Unbox machines and put them on shelves
* Connect and install various cables according to provided schematics and instructions.
* Ensure proper routing and organization of cables within the mining site.
* Collaborate with the team to determine the most efficient cable layouts.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and guidelines.
* Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and within project timelines.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers to learn and execute tasks effectively.
* Adhere to all safety regulations, wearing appropriate protective gear and following proper procedures.
* Requirements:
* Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions, including exposure to varying weather.
* Basic understanding of construction practices and willingness to learn new skills.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
* Reliability and punctuality are essential; arrive on time and consistently fulfill assigned duties.
* Willingness to follow instructions and safety protocols meticulously.
* Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required.
* Candidates must be available to work during the week 8am to 5pm
*Compensation:*
* Hourly wage: $20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
