Work Hours: 7:00am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday
Pay: $24.

Position Summary:
The Data Entry will ensure efficient and smooth execution of day-to-day manufacturing operational activities.
The role requires a keen eye to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with different departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Print, sort, and prepare job prints for all production departments.
Input customer orders into the ERP system while monitoring order status ensuring projects are completed within established timelines.
Issue work orders, work instructions and shippers on all assigned programs.
Scan and upload documents according to company procedure.
Assist and support the Director of Operations and Ops team in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to the operation and the production floor.
Work with the Director of Operations, Managers, and Supervisors to continuously review and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
Maintain and monitor production schedules with accurate records of operational activities, including reports, inventory logs, and project documentation.
Proactively identify and address operational challenges and bottlenecks, taking necessary actions to maintain operational continuity.
Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure the products or services meet the required quality standards and complaince requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Associates Degree in Bussines, Operations Management, or a related field.
2 years of experience in Manufacturing data entry, operations, project management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail with ability to focus on a given task.
Enthusiastic about learning new skills and technology.
Effective time-management tactical approach to work prioritization.
Commitment to continued development through the DeGeest Strong Standard Program.
Read, speak, and write the English language.
