, a trusted manufacturer of plastic products for the packaging industry, is seeking a dedicated Process Technician/Shift Lead to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD.

As a Shift Lead, you will work alongside and supervise Material Handling, as well as complete adjustments and repairs to equipment to ensure smooth operation and maintain our high standards of production.
Responsibilities
Monitor production lines for quality issues and address them promptly
Shut-down and start-up of machines/equipment as needed
Communicate production issues to management
Operate forklifts and add materials to machines to maintain production
Assist Material Handlers with duties such as:
Scanning and moving completed product into inventory
Building boxes
Monitoring material levels and adding as needed
Completing quality checks
Ensure a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
Strong mechanical ability
Previous manufacturing experience required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
Ability to lift 50 lbs and multitask effectively
Compensation
Starting wage of $22/hour + differential pay for applicable hours.
Shift differential may vary based upon actual hours worked.

Weekday Shift: Monday-Wednesday 7pm-7am, Thursday 7pm-1am, will receive $1.
25/hour shift differential during regular nightshift hours
Weekend Shift: Friday 1am-7am, Friday-Sunday 7pm-7am shift, will receive $2.
50/hour shift differential during regular nightshift hours
