*Position Summary: *As a Crew Member at our Rain Gutter Company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of gutter systems for our diverse clientele.
Working as part of a skilled team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality gutter solutions that protect properties from water damage and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

*Responsibilities:*
* *Installation:* Assist in the installation of various types of gutter systems, including seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards, following established guidelines and quality standards.
* *Material Handling:* Help in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment required for installation and maintenance projects.
* *Site Preparation:* Prepare work sites by ensuring proper safety measures are in place and organizing materials for efficient workflow.
* *Assistance to Lead Installers:* Support lead installers with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and fitting gutters to precise specifications, ensuring accurate installation.
* *Tool Maintenance:* Keep tools and equipment clean, well-maintained, and organized for optimal efficiency and safety.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with the crew to execute tasks in a coordinated manner, contributing to a productive and positive work environment.
* *Safety Compliance:* Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your teammates, and clients.
* *Customer Interaction:* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients on-site, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
* *Debris Cleanup:* Thoroughly clean up job sites after installation, ensuring that the area is left in a tidy and presentable condition.
* *Training and Development:* Willingness to learn from experienced team members and actively participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
*Qualifications:*
* Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in gutter installation.
* Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and installation.
* Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
* Effective communication skills and a positive attitude when working within a team.
* Willingness to follow instructions and learn new techniques.
* Prior experience in gutter installation or construction is a plus but not mandatory.
