Extraordinaire Fence Company is a locally, family-owned and operated fence company servicing the Sioux Falls area and the surrounding communities within 30 miles.
With over 20 years experience in fencing and 35+ years in the industry, we’ve built a reputation as a reputable company installing everything from Chain link, to Ornamental Iron and Cedar fencing for both residential and commercial needs.
We are looking to add a foreman to our crew that shows good leadership skills, motivates individuals, takes pride in the work they do, enjoys physical exercise and working outdoors.
Job Duties:
Responsible for managing an installation crew
Train installers on complete fence installation duties
Prepare the site area for installation of fence by setting up string line and marking out post holes
Maintain safe, clean and safe work area
Meet with the customer, review job and communicate any extra charges
Dig and set fence posts
Construct/Install all types of residential and commercial fences
Loading/Unloading trucks with skid loader and forklift
Removal of existing fences and Job site clean-up
Ensure all equipment is maintained and working properly
Follow company and government safety/health rules and regulations
Job Requirements:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Must have at least 5 years of experience in fencing
Must have experience with all power tools (circular saw, table saw, framing nailers, etc)
Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
Must be able to read blue prints
Demonstrate reliability, leadership and customer service skills
Must be able to work in all weather conditions
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be dependable and on time daily
Drug screening is done to provide a safe environment for our customers and employees
Job Benefits:
Pay to be determined at time of hire based on experience and skills.
Starting wage may be between $20.
00 and $25.
00 an hour
