We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Estimator for projects in Sioux Falls, SD and the surrounding area.
This is a full-time position offering competitive salary compensation with performance-based bonus for top earning potential.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieving project objectives of assigned projects
• Achieving sales (revenue) objectives
The Project Manager is the key line employee within the company.
Although the Project Manager does not have direct personnel responsibilities, the Project Manager is responsible for managing the factors which influence the profits of their projects.
Specific responsibilities include:
For Specific Projects:
• Quantity surveys and pricing
• Developing and maintaining job estimate
• Manage material purchase orders
• Procure and maintain subcontracts
• Generate and monitor monthly billings
• Maintain contract status-change orders
• Track and maintain job costs to ensure job profitability
• Jobsite meetings where project management input is necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2-4 years of experience in construction management, estimating or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well-developed organizational skills
Honest and dependable with good interpersonal skills
