Steel Stud Framing Foreman

Responsibilities: - Supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and materials - Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations - Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the job site - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project standards - Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications - Manage project budgets and track expenses - Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders - Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry - Proficient in construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera - Strong knowledge of construction estimating and contract management - Experience with HeavyBid or similar software for bidding and cost estimation - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note: Please do not include any contact information in the job description.
