HK Solutions Group is seeking *Construction Laborers/Operators* to work out of our Sioux Falls, SD location.
_Average employee *with CDL* (Commercial Driver License) will earn *$80,000+* annually plus benefits!_
_Average employee *without CDL* will earn *$70,000+* annually plus benefits!_
Year-round work.
No experience required.
CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred but not required.

_Job Functions_
* Laborers travel to customer locations to perform manual labor using a variety of powerful industrial equipment including hydro-blasters, vacuum equipment and pipeline video inspection equipment
* Laborers work in diverse environments including confined spaces, sewers, pits, storage tanks and ducts
* Laborers establish and maintain a safe work site by following standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group
* Laborers assure equipment, appropriate tools, personal protective equipment and materials are available and used in accordance with standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group
_Requirements_
* At least 18 years old
* Valid US Driver's License
* Good driving record (must be able to maintain insurability with HK insurance carrier)
* Must be able to pass pre-hire background check, drug screen and physical
* CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred, but not required
_Physical Requirements_
* Working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions
* Regularly exposed to industrial environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials and odors
* Lift/move up to 75 pounds frequently, frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and gripping
