The Role
Assist in overseeing all Construction Billing departments and their processes across TAK’s Nation-wide footprint
Knowledge of all external Customer billing systems across our footprint
Ensure all Revenue is collected as quickly and accurately as possible by working with our various Operation Teams and other Corporate Team members to develop best billing practices, and KPI’s
Traveling to various systems throughout the year, and to Sioux Falls Corp Office will be expected.
This will entail traveling up to 50% of the year
Meet with TAK’s various customer’s Finance Teams to develop strong partnerships to ensure Revenue is captured as quickly and accurately as possible
Assist with creating various Revenue reports and streamlining current reports for VP of Finance and CFO review
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
2+ year(s) of Telcom Construction Billing Management, or related Construction Billing Management experience
Ability to read telecom construction maps attached to client invoicing (preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Specifically, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for this position.
IE- Using VLOOKUPS, Creating Reports and Pivot Tables, usage of various Excel Formulas.
Ability to learn and utilize role specific equipment and software

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to Multi-Task well in a high-paced environment
Ability to work independently, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer while utilizing telephones, smart phones and headsets
Maintain Customer confidence and protect operations by keeping relevant information confidential
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
Ability to work at a desk and computer
Valid driver’s license
