Our company primarily builds high end custom homes in the Sioux Falls area.
Our company is based on quality craftsmanship and providing our customers unmatched quality on their projects.
We are looking for someone that is experienced, motivated, responsible, and dependable.
Individual that could be another foreman or someone that just wants to put their skills to work.
We offer some benefits to our employees and pay is based on experience.
Requirements: (Vary for carpenter or foreman positions)
-5+ yrs experience for carpenters
-10+ yrs experience for foreman
-knowledge of residential construction code
-knowledge of residential construction practices
-good communication skills
-able to read plans from simple to complex, square up, pull layouts, stairs, problem solve.
-good attitude
-valid drivers license and own transportation
-OHSA or forklift certifications, but not required
-work side by side another foreman and crew
Benefits:
-paid holidays after 30 days, 1wk vacation after 90 days, 2wks vacation after 1yr, paid AFLAC, yearend bonuses, and overtime.
