The Production Assembler will be responsible for assembling and constructing various components and products as per company specifications and quality standards.

Here's what you’ll get to do:
Assembly Operations: Perform general production assembly.
Ability to solder, experience preferred but will train if necessary.
Quality Control: Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Report any defects or issues promptly.
Component Preparation: Gather and prepare all necessary components, parts, and materials required for the assembly process.
Workstation Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-maintained, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Product Testing: Assist in product testing and quality assurance processes to verify functionality and performance.
Documentation: Accurately record production and assembly data, including quantities produced, defects encountered, and other relevant information.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve any assembly-related challenges.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
Training: Participate in training programs to stay updated on assembly techniques, product knowledge, and safety procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent education.
Previous experience in assembly work or manufacturing is beneficial but not always necessary; on-the-job training may be provided.
Basic understanding of using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
Ability to follow work instructions and specifications.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Physical dexterity and the ability to work with small components for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to adapt to changes in production processes and work with a positive attitude.

Full-time 40 hours, business hours Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.
