Blackjack Kustomz LLC is a growing Environmental Remediations Service company; primarily contracting for Railroad companies around the United States, recycling railroad ties that have been replaced directly from the track.
We are looking to expand our On the Road Railroad operations.

We have entry level traveling positions available with on the job training.
We are looking for someone who is a dedicated team player that will thrive in a fast paced and competitive atmosphere, with a lot of overtime available to qualifying individuals.
*Entry Level Laborer pay is $11.

*Operator pay is Production based.

*Entry Level Operators make approximately $700+/week before taxes; based on production.
Experienced Operators can make approximately $900+/week before taxes; based on production.

About the position:
This position is for our entry level bander.
Banders utilize company provided tools to strap metal strapping around the bundles of the repurposed railroad ties that the on-site operators create.
You will be responsible for:
-following *ALL* safety rules implemented.
-helping maintain a clean jobsite.
-cutting appropriate length of metal strapping.
-strapping all bundles created by operators.
- greasing all grease points of the provided tools; as well as the skidsteers in operation on site.
-collecting any semi-truck information for shipping the bundles off-site to retailers.
-daily collection of tools from the jobsite for proper overnight storage.
-the progress of your training to become an operator.
This position requires extensive travel out of state, currently Blackjack Kustomz LLC is doing most work within western region of the United States.
Blackjack Kustomz LLC employees do work either 5 weeks on followed by one week of vacation, or 8 weeks on followed up with 2 weeks of vacation.
_*For your awareness, regarding this position; this job requires travel, work in/around heavy equipment, working 7 days a week, with extended hours, and in wide range of inclement weather.

*This position does require LACE UP Steel Toe boots and PPE such as eye safety protection; we will provide your hard hat and Hi-Vis vest.
