Our Rigger/Signalman play a vital role with each job, being responsible for the set-up, maintenance and safe and efficient operations of the crane and rigging equipment.
Overseeing communications and signalling with the transportation operations team to move and operate equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of each job.

Preferred Job Qualifications: Valid & Current Drivers License Previous experience as a Rigger / Signalman is preferred Ability to work well in a team or independent setting Abillity to interpret project specifications Attention to detail and prescision in work Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Ability to travel Instrastate Valid and current NCCCO Certification (TLL endorsed) Job Responsibilities: Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections of rigging equipment, identifying and reporting any issues to the maintenance team for prompt resolution Operate in a safe and efficient manner, following all NCCCO guidelines, manufacturer’s guidelines, and company safety protocols.
Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on job sites as directed by the project manager or supervisor.
Communicate effectively with ground personnel using hand signals, two-way radios, or other communication devices.
Collaborate with the rigging crew to ensure proper attachment and securement of loads.
Adhere to project timelines and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
