*Job Duties:*
* Assist with material handling and transportation on job site.
* Support skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
* Aid in site cleanup and preparation.
* Follow safety protocols and regulations diligently.
* Help with demolition and debris removal as needed.
* Perform general construction duties, including framing and siding.
* Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
* Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors.
* Learn and adapt to new tasks and techniques as required on the job.
* Other duties as assigned
*Requirements:*
* Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
* Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to safety protocols and regulations.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with coworkers.
* Reliability and punctuality in attendance and performance on the job site.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed in a fast-paced construction environment.
* Complete a Pre-employment Drug Screen
