With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Journey Construction, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a strategic Estimator to join our team to initiate and manage various tasks required to estimate successful, complex commercial construction projects.

Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering.
5-10 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating or project management.
Proficient with building/estimating techniques and software.
General knowledge of negotiated bids, hard bids, and GMP processes.
Demonstrates problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills!
